Quickie: A Stolen Sex For The Body

Couple kissing on kitchen floor surrounded by pots and pans

Having sex every day is  important for your health and relationship. So, if you are one of those people who prefer sex at night, that means going all the way for the real act  which is great: but, most people don’t always have time. So why not influence a quickie every now and then? It might take some getting used to, if you are not a quickie person. This will mean bypassing all forms of sex play  because the whole idea is to quickly satisfy that sudden urge for sex. Call it one for the road.
Quickies are brief and can be done anywhere without stressing about being caught. It can be done in the sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, library, cushion, dining table or floor although you might not be as comfortable as when you are using the bed.
Indulging in regular quickies can serve as a cure for people with low sex libido. Once you start, you won’t stop which could only mean that it is pleasurable and an enjoyable feat for couples. The more you do it, the more the desire to go on. This is to say that there are some gains in partaking in this type of sex; even when you do not feel like doing it, there is this fulfilment it gives to those involved. It helps with emotional bonding as you discover new ways of pleasures. There is also the gain of health as quick sex is perfect for the heart and helps the skin to glow.
You need to be creative, as sexual arousal start from the mind. Therefore, you need to fantasize long before the act. Your sexual fantasies will come handy in attaining the fun that comes with quickies and drumming up your passion will aid your longing for sex. If couples have quick copulation up to three times in a week, there is the tendency for them to look younger  and glow than their actual age.
When there is no time for your normal detailed love making, then quickie becomes an option. It makes room for you to satisfy your sexual urge. This is superb for your overall well-being. It reduces high blood pressure, prostrate cancer in men, serves as pain killer, stress relief and can actually be given as daily pills, as it promotes sexual confidence, makes you expressive to the extent of wanting to experiment with new stuff every now and then.
Frequent love- making helps in building strong immune system together with the free flow of blood circulation.
A quick sex can be used to solve any issues you might be having with insomnia, it will get your body to relax which will automatically put you to sleep. It calms menstrual pains, and also strengthens the body muscles like the pelvic muscle; this in turn improves bladder control especially for mothers.
Despite all the stories about quickies, research has proven that in spite of time allocated to sex, it is healthy for one’s sexual life and libido. For those couples with multiple excuses for not having sex,  they can easily settle for stolen sex.
For others who are not sexually confident, stolen sex can be a process of awakening dead emotional feelings. It can take care of your sudden urge for sex instead of having to wait for that less busy, un-disturbed time that might never come. This creates a balance and sometimes can be stretched to a lengthy love making with the bonus of creative sexy play.
In conclusion, lets quickly look at some of the positives side of stolen sex a.k.a quickie. It helps you unwind as you engage in a lot of laughter, makes couples to see how desirous they are of each other, helps to build up libido  and  lower stress level on each  other.
On a final note, quickie  is a very healthy action for short and long term. No need to plan time and location as it is a spontaneous activity. It can   spark passion in to your sexual relationship. A few minutes of hot  sexual excitement can send you to the moon and back in a safe manner.
Sex outside the bedroom boost a partner’s ego: and men are known to be randy every time and every day, same with ladies with high libido. As such, quickie is a cool  way of flirting  with your spouse as it adds variety to love making.
