Singer, Adekunle Gold gets hosted by BBC World service in London

”Ariwo ko” crooner, Adekunle Kosoko, popularly called Adekunle Gold was a guest of the BBC World Service centre in London.
The singer was hosted on their radio station, their Facebook live feed and the popular ‘Focus on Africa’ show.
Adekunle Gold is in London ahead of his coming ‘One Night Stand’ concert today, 30th June which has already been completely sold out.
During the interview, he describes his genre of music as Urban Highlife. His 2014 single “Sade” received massive airplay on various Nigerian radio stations.
His follow-up single, titled “Orente”, also got massive airplay and did well after release.
