By Rita Chioma,
Today, Wednesday, June 7th, 2017,  the body of late actress Moji Olaiya, will be laid to rest at Ebony Vault, Ikoyi Cemetery.
However, yesterday during her memorial ceremony at Blue Roof at LTV 8, Agindingbi, Ikeja, some of her colleagues, in the likes of Toyin Aimakhu, Fathia Balogun, Lepa Shandy and more recalled the good times they had with the late actress.
While her daughter, also paid her last tribute with heartwarming words.
Moji’s daughter, Adunola Farombi, said; “Mummy, it still feels like a dream to me that you are no more, it still scares me that I’ll never see you again. I don’t know why this had to happen to you of all people but God know best. Heaven couldn’t wait for a gem like you that’s why God took you so early.
Every time, I think of you I always wonder where you are but I know I don’t have to worry because I know you are sitting next to God. You are irreplaceable. I will always love you with all my heart, Maryam loves you so much too. The world would never forget you Mother. Rest in peace” said the late actress’ daughter.
What Moji Olaiya 's daughter, colleagues said about her painful demise
For Lepa Shandy, she lamented on the pains of losing such a wonderful colleague and also urged others to always look out for each other in sickness and in good health.
Toyin Aimakhu, who was the moderator of the event couldn’t stop talking about how good-natured  late Olaiya was, until death snatched her away.
Other Nollywood stars and veterans who  were present wore black attires and gloomy looks,  as they silently recall their last encounter with the deceased.
