Outspoken senator representing Kogi West district, Dino Melaye, who is currently in London is obviously having an enjoyable time at the 2017 Notting Hill Carnival.
The senator shared some photos from the festival via his Instagram page and he definitely seems to be having plenty of fun away from his legislative duties
