Tennis champion, Serena Williams holds star-studded 50s baby shower, show off bare bump in new photos

Tennis champion, Serena Williams, who is expecting her first baby with fiance Alexis Ohanian, had a ’50s-themed baby shower this past weekend!
The mom-to-be and her guests took to Instagram to share photos and videos from the retro-themed affair, during which had star guests like her sister Venus Williams, Ciara, Kelly Rowland, Eva Longoria, La La Anthony, and songwriter, Angie Beyince.
There were poodle skirts and polka dots aplenty as Williams’s friends, turned out for the “Grease”-inspired shower for the baby that is due next month.
“When you and your crew go so far back to the 50s. Even then they had your back,” Serena wrote on Instagram. “@evalongoria @ciara @lala @kellyrowland @angiebeyince #shakerattleandroll2017 #babyO”
The shower didn’t seem to give away any clues about the baby’s gender, which Williams has said she’s keeping a surprise. But Ohanian recently dropped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! and dropped this hint: “[Serena] won the Australian Open while pregnant. And she remarked that she feels like it has to be a girl because everything that that baby went through and handled like a champ, only a woman could be strong enough to take on.”

Meanwhile, Serena, who is eight months pregnant, revealed her blossoming bump in a new photo shoot for Stellar magazine, baring her athletic figure in a pink silk coat.
Serena discussed her views on feminism that she hopes to pass onto her unborn baby.
She said: “There are barriers I hope to break so my baby, whether boy or girl, won’t have to live under those stipulations.”
“I definitely am a feminist. I like to stick up for women and women’s rights.
“So many things happen and I just think ‘Wow, why don’t we have a chance?’
“If that makes me a feminist, I am proud to be one.”
