By Rita Chioma,
Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, who has indicated keen interest in contesting for the governorship seat in Anambra state was recently bashed for sharing money to win votes.
Recently, he got bashed by a fan who felt he is not different from other politicians after he was seen sharing money on the streets of Anambra just to win their votes.
According to the fan, Chukwuemeka Daniel, who revealed his actions, “So apparently today you shared money in my state? I was glad to see a young person getting involved in politics but when I saw you did that, I just felt, what a shame that you are not different!!!”
While many believe that it’s a good thing for the father of three to signify interest in politics, many feel he is about to invest his money in something that might not yield positive fruit.
Yul is currently running under the umbrella of the Democratic People’s Congress and is currently ensuring that he wins the guber seat in Anambra state.
