Day 2: Colours, sheer designs and plus size sassiness rules the #HLFDW2017

Day two of the Heineken Lagos Fashion and Design Week 2017 started off on a sound note with designers showing exciting collections.
Starting with House of Kaya, which stayed true to type with its customary elegant sihouettes. Aboutthatcurvylife collective set the house on fire with the collections from Assian, Osuare and Norsi. The plus size models did awesome.
Davido x Orange Culture collection also showed and saw the singer coming to take a bow at the end. It was a very basic collections of sweaters, bomber jackets, shorts and tracksuits.
DYZN didn’t fail to put up a show, as the designer went with the pastel palette, with amazing detailing on the designs. The colours and embroidery were not as vibrant as her collection from last year but they were definitely worth setting eyes on.
It was a star studded day, as there were several celebrities in attendance, from Tolu Oniru-Demuren, who walked for the plus size collection to Osas Ighodaro Ajibade, who walked for the DNA by Iconic Invanity to Tiwa Savage on the front role, as well as Comedian, Bovi, not forgetting to mention Di’Ja who sang while the Sunny Rose collection was showing.
