Singer, Mr 2kay releases promo shots for sophomore album
‘Belema’ crooner, David Abinye Jumbo aka Mr. 2kay has bounced back from his ordeal at the hands of armed robbers last year and he is fired up for the release of his forthcoming sophomore album.
The album which is expected to be released on the 9th of February features his recently released single “Pray For Me”.
As part of activities to promote his latest album the singer released some dapper looking photos of himself even though the album cover, title and track list for the forthcoming album is yet to be unveiled.
The pictures were shot and directed by multiple award winning photographer, Shola Animashaun and styling done by Oluwafemi Lagos.
“If you have followed my story in recent time, you’ll understand that I have gone through some difficult times and these images are proof that I have survived and transcended from where I used to be.
“I just want my fans to know that I’m in a happy place right now and I believe these pictures relate the same.”
