 By Patricia Uyeh,
After parting ways with music label, Made Men Music group which he co-owned with Ubi Franklin, ‘Iyanu’ crooner, Iyanya went ahead to join Mavins record in 2016.

It was expected that there would be a new wave of music coming from Iyanya with this shift. So he started off with the song ‘Up to Something’ announcing his arrival into the Mavins crew featuring Don Jazzy and Don Jazzy.
One year down the line, Iyanya announced his exit from Mavins Record. According to him, he is still very much part of their family but he has moved onto another record label.
He disclosed this during a chat on Beat FM, saying:
‘I’m a Mavin for life but I’m now signed to Temple Music.
