Comedian, Ayo Makun reiterates importance of exercise

Multi award-winning actor, comedian, writer and producer, Ayo Makun, popularly known as AY has been speaking on the importance of keeping fit. According to him, keeping fit is essential.
The father of one, in a post to Instagram on Friday, said staying fit
is healthy and it is important because it generates positive energy.
“I resumed playing football yesterday and I am feeling good about
myself today. I think fitness is important. I think a healthy
lifestyle is important. I think putting positive energy out there is
important and just staying connected with the people,” he wrote.
The 30 days in Atlanta movie producer made it into the Guinness Book of World Records.
According to AY, the movie was officially recognized by the 2017
Guinness World Records as one of the films with the highest domestic
gross in the territories of Bollywood, Nollywood, and Hollywood.
The movie featured top actors, Ramsey Nouah, Richard Mofe Damijo,
Desmond Elliot, Princess Chineke, Majid Michael and a host of others.
AY, 46, was made a U.N Peace Ambassador in 2009 after winning six
awards in 2008.
He is the C.E.O of Corporate World Entertainment Nigeria. He is the oldest male child from a family of seven.
