Singer, Yeni Kuti welcomes first grandchild

Yeni, daughter of late Afrobeat legend, Fela Anikulapo Kuti is now a grandmother.
Her daughter, Rolari has safely being delivered of a baby boy in England, on Wednesday afternoon.
The arrival of the new baby was made public by Yeni’s better half, Theo Lawson.
The good news was also revealed in a statement from the handle, @afrikashrine on Instagram.
The statement reads: “THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF OF THE NEW AFRIKA SHRINE CELEBRATE WITH YK POWER WHO IS NOW A GRAND MOTHER… EGBE EGBE WAIN WAIN ARARARARA!!!!!! PLEASE CELEBRATE WITH US.”
Her brother, Femi Kuti also took to Instagram to congratulate his sister.
Rolari got married on Saturday, August 15, 2015.
