Reactions trail actress, Lizzy Anjorin’s open letter to President Buhari

Ni

gerians have been reacting to the open letter that actress, Lizzy Anjorin wrote to president Muhammadu Buhari via an Instagram post early today.
The actress advised President Muhammadu Buhari to release everybody under arrest by the government for money laundering and make peace with the past government for the killings/calamities, currently befalling the nation to stop.
While some simply dismissed the letter, others said it will be catastrophic for the president to succumb to the letter.

Lawrence Azubuike, in a post on Facebook post, It will be catastrophic for our country if PMB should succumb to this cheap blackmail. He has traveled far on this journey with a lot of successes record along the way. He should not go back to Egypt.”

Andrew Oludare Houessinon, said ”This is the greatest problem confronting this nation. People have live and survived on stolen money and it has become a way of life. Lizzy tell us how many movies you have produced and how much have you made from them? All these girls live on politicians who stole from the treasury. Take for instance their male counterparts, are they as wealthy as the females? No.”

Chimela Nwanna said, “This one is too cheap to believe. Money launderers and corrupt persons in custody so far, cut across all geopolitical regions but the killings are localised in the middle belt so the assertion above does not add up. Unless the Liz is making us understand that middle belt citizens are specimens that can easily be experimented with. PMB should show leadership and deal decisively with this reoccurring scenario. His shared sentiments are becoming obvious.

Lizzy’s letter reads: “I can imagine the pain in your heart over the killings and calamities happening in this country. Carrying the Nation’s burden on shoulders is not an easy thing to do.

“I will like to tell you to brace up and pray harder. My question is who is behind these killings? Could it be people you arrested for money laundering that are behind all these killings/calamities?

“Despite the fact that you are seeing it as a disciplined act, some are seeing it as evil and molestation. Your Excellency Sir, Nigeria has no prayer or voodoo to make this Country grow but we have genius voodoo, pure evil mouth and heart to destroy this noble Country of you and I. The pains of killing is unbearable. Within 10days we’ve lost so many souls that can contribute to the growth of this Country.

“Sir, if you and the whole world wants to see this as a baseless and senseless opinion, I don’t care. But please Sir, I beg you in the name of Allah, release everybody in the claw of your government concerning money laundering and past government issues. Make peace with the past government, maybe these killings/calamities will stop.

“If we work hard in peace, we will make more money and pay our taxes as at when due. Those people that are facing money laundering charges and party issues with your government might be the ones that are behind these killings and calamities to distract you from doing your job and they are using innocent souls to get back at you and their own children are overseas. Please, before their voodoo from Indian and from other African countries that have confirmed evil voodoo finish us, sir.”
