Relationship Tips: 3 reasons why you should keep your affair private

In this era where social media has virtually taken over, it is not uncommon to see people flaunt their relationship at the slightest opportunity. While it may not seemingly be a bad thing, it puts a lot of strain on the relationship .

As much as you don’t want to be in a secret relationship, everyone does not suppose to know every details of your relationship with your partner.

Don’t get it wrong; having trustworthy people and a good support system is wonderful but it goes without saying that some  details of your relationship needs to remain between you and your partner alone.
Below are 3 reasons why you should keep your relationship private:
1. You work out your differences based on your own understanding and perspective rather that from external assistance or influence. It is called a relationship meaning just  the two of you and not a meeting or fellowship so why include a third party(parties). However,  seeking assistance from trusted sources becomes reasonable in certain matters, you might want to oblige them.
2. You do things on your own terms. No need to keep up with the Jonesses. You are not under pressure to always put your best footforward. In other words, you and your partner carry on at your own pace.
3. You shut naysayers and give no room from bad judgements. That way, no one tells you how things ought to be done between you and your partner.
