7 Quick facts about actress, Oge Okoye, at 38

Nollywood actress, Oge Okoye, is a popular face to lovers of the movie industry.

She has starred in many movies and television series, to the admiration of many of her followers.

The charming lady turned 38 today.

Aside from acting in many movies, in 2015, Oge Okoye starred at the popular television series “Hotel Majestic” where she played the role of Patricia the Chamber Maid.

We bring you seven quick facts about the delectable actress

Oge Okoye was born in London on November 16, 1980.

Her primary education was at the Holy Rosary College, Enugu.

Despite her early dreams to become an actress, her father always wanted her to become a doctor; a surgeon to be precise.

She is graduate of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, where she bagged a degree in Theatre Arts

Oge joined the Nigeria movie industry (Nollywood) in 2001, although she rose to fame after starring in the blockbuster movie “Spanner” alongside with Chinedu Ikedieze.

She has won several movie awards which include Best Actress of the Year at the City People Entertainment Awards, Best Actress in a Leading Role at the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards and Most Prominent Actress at the Africa Movie Academy Awards.

Oge got married to Holland big Boy, Stanley Duru in 2005 and had two kids together. Speculations have it that they have since gone their different ways.
