Roles of 100% Fruit Juice in Modern Day Healthy Lifestyle

November 23,2018

The consequence of our modern lifestyle has forced many people to resort to unhealthy lifestyle and feeding habits, which are now frequently linked to the development of an increasing number of diseases like osteoporosis, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, respiratory infection, obesity, asthma, cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, stroke and thyroid.

According to Dr. Abiola is a Health and Fitness Expert, Individuals who adopt unhealthy food habits often rely on junk and fast food, much caffeine consumption, skipping breakfast, eating little fruits and vegetables or sticking to one meal a day. To avoid these unhealthy behaviours, it is wise to eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods like whole grains, fruits, vegetables, moderate food portions, regular meals at regular hours and make balanced food choice combined with 100% fruit juices. An intake of food balanced with essential nutrients will help improve our immunity level, keep us healthy and stay away from modern ailments.

How 100% Fruit Juice Balances Diet Equation
A healthy eating lifestyle includes whole fruits or 100% fruit juice; a glass of 100% fruit juice could replace one serving of whole fruit and add more nutrients to our diets. In situations when juices are consumed, they should come in 100% without added sugars and preservatives to ensure an adequate dose of vitamins and minerals such as folic acid, thiamine, potassium, magnesium, plant nutrients like polyphenols and potassium citrate, which is known to slow kidney stone formation in people with history of the condition.

Why and how does 100% fruit juice fits into today’s hectic lifestyle? First, 100% fruit juice is a delicious way to boost your fruit intake. Like the whole fruits it is made from, the juice is naturally fat-free and low in sodium: two culprits that are certainly not heart-friendly and which should be consumed moderately.

Also, 100% juice is convenient and available all through the year. It is a healthy drink you can drop into your bag or back-pack for a quick fix of vitamins and minerals at home or on-the-go. Here are four ways 100% fruit juice fits into get-up-and-go modern lifestyle:

#1: Both Parents Are Working: In most homes, parents have their jobs, whether working for someone else or self-employed, leaving little or no time for a health home-made meals. So, the norm; grab-on-the-go meal or going without breakfast. One of the things that comes handy in this situation is 100% fruit juice.

#2: Highly Demanding Jobs: Today’s jobs or professions are highly demanding, meaning long hours with little time to look after the children. A handy pack size of 100% fruit juice in their school lunch bags will ensure a daily quota of vitamin C and D.

#3: Extended Meetings: Long back-to-back meetings at the office can be draining and exhausting. If you need stamina to go all the way, a glass of chilled Chivita fruit juices comes to the rescue. It will not only boost your energy level and remove the drowsiness, it is also a great thirst quencher.

#4 Exercise Refresher: 100% fruit juice is great refreshment after an intensive gym session or a brisk walk. It also replenishes your lost energy while adding a dose of nourishment to your daily diet.

Finally, living a healthy life is one of the biggest challenges facing modern societies. Nevertheless, it is still achievable; you can break the cycle of unhealthy habits through proper nutrition. The key step is to identify the unhealthy habits and make simple changes. For instance a daily consumption of 100% fruit juice will help balance the nutritional equation in our fast-paced modern lifestyle
