Awesome business ideas N20,000 can start up for you

For stay at home mums or students waiting to gain admission into university or perhaps school leavers, instead of folding hands at home, there are certain business ideas you can start with with very little capital..

Here are some profitable businesses you can start with 20k or less:

1. Become a website developer
Actually, you don’t need money to do this, just patience and a desire to learn. At least for a start. With access to a computer, you can take coding lessons and learn how to build a website for free. These days, everyone wants a website for their business, so you’ve got a wide range of potential clients.

2. Be a social media manager
Business is about meeting needs and adding value, right? If you’re active on social media, you must have noticed that there are a lot of small to medium scale businesses on social media. You can take a few free online courses on social media management, then start to pitch to these companies. Keep trying and don’t be discouraged if you get a ‘no’ the first few times.

3. Start a fabric business
Nigerians love to look fashionable, so you can tap into that. With a 20k capital, you can start a profitable fabric business. Take your capital to one of the major markets and buy different types of fabric. Ankara is great and all, but make sure you mix it up with other fabrics. Advertise your business on your social media, reinvest your profits and see your business grow.

We hope these business ideas were helpful. They are all businesses you can start with 20k, and also give you the option to work from home.
