Dont stay in any relationship to fulfil all righteousness, Betty Irabor counsels

Publisher Betty Irabor has been speaking on getting the best to n any relationship.

In a post on her Instagram page, she opined that relationships and friendships must be edited from time to time. Adding, a great relationship allows you to be your imperfect self and not someone in another person’s head. Why hold on to something that has long died?
Dont stay in any relationship to fulfil all righteousness, she said.
“There comes a time in your life when you have to shut the door on some relationships and edit your friendships. The worst kinds of relationships are the high maintenance ones where you keep explaining yourself and every decision or actions taken..the ones where you lose yourself and esteem. They leave you dehydrated and drained. A great relationship allows you to be your imperfect self and not someone in another person’s head. Why hold on to something that has long died? “Some relationships and friendships are for a time and season, when that season ends, recognise it and  don’t be afraid to shut the door and step into the next season alone until that person comes along with the much desired value to your life. “Dont stay in any relationship to fulfil all righteousness.  Don’t discount your values for others, you will live in regret. Stand tall, love who you are and the person  you are becoming. Be patient with the process (whatever it is).. and never forget that life and times  of adversity come with many valuable  lessons…Don’t let those lessons go to waste because that would be a real shame…” She wrote.
