Couple on Honeymoon drown in Maldives, 3 weeks after wedding
A Filipino high school sweethearts drowned in waters off Dhiffushi island in the Maldives, during their honeymoon.
Leomer and Erika Joyce Lagradilla headed to the Maldives on January 9 after they tied the knot on December 18, 2018.
They were reportedly snorkeling before the incident happened. Erika was said to have tried to save Leomer from drowning, but she herself went under.
