How to achieve great Sex after Menopause this Valentine

February 5,2019
Share:

February the love month is here again with cold, rainy and slushy days, the only redeeming features of this month are the presence of fewer days in the calendar coupled with the fact that it allows to celebrate Lover’s day know as Valentine’s Day.

A lot of times, couples regard this as unnecessary holiday flacked by the big shops to sell their products. Even at that, you can actually decide to make February a pleasurable month for you and your partner by focusing on what you can do to make your sex life sensual, sexual, libidinal and romantic.

For women in or approaching menopause, you must not forget that romance is always possible at any stage in life and you wanting to be sensual is nothing but a choice. Hence Valentine’s Day is that chance to play out some new tricks in order to jump start a libido that might have been on life support.

Make it a point of duty to always start each day in a sensual way in this month of February, get new hair styles, apply a bit of make-up, wear very good perfume and settle for clothes that make you feel sexy especially lingerie; as sexy lingerie is your secret weapon all day long.

Flirt with your spouse in this month of love especially as most ladies are born naturally as flirt, others are serious and believe that flirting is degrading.

At this point in your life, you do not need to be judgmental, instead experiment with sex, if not for anything but to see how it feels and for the fun of it.

Flirting is a kind of seduction that is often done without serious intent; all it requires is self awareness, self-confidence and a spirit of adventure; Which should be done with the mind, that you have got nothing at stake other than the chance to indulge in some romantic exploration with your partner.

Invest in chocolate flavoured lube, just in case you get dried up, you will still be able to get some pleasure out of it and this will boost your chances of ever wanting to engage in it more often. Get the right lubricant as there is a lot to lubricant than meets the eye.

Menopausal women are not usually hot for sex, reacquainting yourself with the days ahead, remember what you like, your desires and tell your spouse about them.

This will make you more physically receptive to your man on the Day of Cupid by telling your body that you are completely capable of having exciting fun in between the bed sheets. If it had been long that you copulated, then Valentine’s Day will be that time to sizzle with your guy.

Put a reminder on a calendar, sticky notes or a voice mail message left by yourself, this will help to remind you of February 14th.

Quite a number of menopausal women have foggy memories, so by giving yourself pre-emptive warning not to forget thus increasing the possibility of remembering. You will feel cool if this work in your favour.

Show your significant other that you have got what it takes to have great sex by having fun this Valentine’s Day. Start with a light dinner, a glass of red wine and get the Act busy, your man will remember this for a long time to come after your pleasurable ‘’sexcapade’’.

In spite of the above hints, try not put undue pressure on yourself and your partner, though Valentine’s Day is all about love, so if sex is not going to be part of the fun then be sure to show him in another way that you are still hot for him.

‘’ Reaching out is IN! Suffering in silence is OUT! Don’t sell yourself short this Valentine’s Day.

Forget all about your menopause symptoms and welcome yourself [and your loved one] back to the dirty thirties [Wink-wink.] says Ellen Dolgen a Health and Wellness Advocate Menopause Awareness Expert, Author, Speaker and Health blogger.

So celebrate the Valentine’s Day with all the wondrous new possibilities for love and sex irrespective of your age even if it get confusing at times; this is only because the terrain is not a familiar one.

But there is a school of thought that says that if you try to break a habit and succeed within twenty-eight days, that success will become a lifestyle which is awesome; that is starting each day feeling sexy, knowing you look sensual should be the way to behave in menopausal state during Valentine’s Day month.

Sex is powerful; whenever you want to feel powerful just think of the red hot lingerie, beginning with that hot pinky under wears
WELCOME TO THE MONTH OF LOVE!!!
