The author and mother of three says: “When things aren’t going well in your life, don’t nurse it, don’t curse it, don’t rehearse it, disperse it and God will reverse it.
“When you nurse a thing – whether it’s an incident, event, experience, conversation, idea or thought, you give it energy and life.
“Don’t nurse anything that brings death and destruction to you. Don’t curse it even when referring to it in conversation with someone. Let it go and speak God’s word into your life and God will reverse that situation and make it good.”
