Abike Dabiri-Erewa meets freed Zainub Aliyu and Ibrahim
Senior Special Assistant to the President on foreign affairs and diaspora, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, has met with freed Zainub Aliyu.
Zainub is the girl who was held in Saudi Arabia, for alleged drug trafficking-related offences.
Zainab arrived in Nigeria on Monday.
“So glad to see Zainub Aliyu, who returned from Saudi on Monday, as we arrive Kano. Thank you @MBuhari for your intervention… An innocent girl saved from being punished for a crime she didn’t commit.” Dabiri-Erewa tweeted on Wednesday.
The SSA also met with another freed returnee, Ibrahim, who was also released from Saudi prison,. Ibrahim had been detained since December. Allhamdulilah
