Every first Monday in May, the Met Gala holds.
It’s the one night a year where the biggest names in the industry, from designers and models to It girls to celebs, all gather to see and be seen (and to raise a few million dollars for the Costume Institute).
This year’s exhibition “Camp: Notes on Fashion” was a play on the famous Susan Sontag essay “Notes on Camp,” and guests walked up the museum’s iconic steps in their Camp finery.
