Entertainment industry hold 10 years anniversary for late music icon, Michael Jackson
On this day- June 25th, 2009 precisely, 13-time Grammy award winner/ guinness world record holder, who is regarded as the king of pop, in fact the most successful entertainer of all time and artist of the century, Michael Jackson, passed away at his home in Los Angeles. He died at the age of 50 years old following a cardiac arrest caused by a fatal combination of drugs given to him by his personal doctor.
Wacko Jacko, as he was fondly called, was a global figure in popular culture for over four decades with a number of successful albums to his credit.
On July 7, 2009, he was buried at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Glendale, California, the USA with his siblings and over 20,000 fans in attendance.
