The unilag alumni association celebrated their 50 years anniversary and the delectable actor Alex Ekubo was invited to join the creative industry round table panel to share his journey & contribute his two cent on joining the entertainment industry.

He narrated a story of how he was not picked for a role he auditioned  for years ago, but on meeting the person years later he was told the reason he wasn’t picked was simply because he was too handsome. They needed not so handsome people.

He added that the life of a celebrity isn’t always as glamorous as it seem.

In his words he said “Room wasn’t built in a day, if we can change our mindset, we can change our lives and the world in general”

The handsome actor concluded by saying that we fail at a things right now not because we are not good enough but because it is not out time yet.
