Brand influencer, Obis Ora shares 3 self-care tips for women in their 30s

Hitting 30 comes with different kinds of feelings for women. Although, the emotions may vary from woman to woman, however, it can be quite challenging.

Obisora

Brand influencer, Obis Ora has shared 3 self-care tips for women in their 30s. According to her, it is a time when women should take care of themselves more and not lose out to life’s demands.

She wrote:

Once you hit the 30’s, it gets real. More importantly this is when you must start to take self-care more seriously. Because as women, the older we get, the more vulnerable we are to ageing, losing our self-esteem & positive outlook about life.

1. Skincare:
I can never overemphasize this. If you haven’t been taking care of your skin before, then now is the time to start. You know why? The responsibilities on us. Taking care of the kids, hubby and business/job. Next thing stress will lead to wrinkles. And fine lines will now start to come in and make you look older than your age. That’s why you see that some women start to look older than their husbands meanwhile their hubby is still looking fresh and young. Everything you need to know about keeping your skin healthy and young is in my skincare webinar. Send a DM to get it.

2. You need to start taking your vitamins.
This is one of the very first things we usually do on my 21 days style challenge and I make sure my ladies make it a routine. Because you need those vitamins for your skin and overall health as well.

3. Guard your self-esteem:
This is also the period where your self-esteem becomes more fragile. Especially if you look around and it seems like your mates are doing far better than you. Tell yourself it is not a competition. Everybody has their purpose and their time. That yours hasn’t come doesn’t mean it won’t come. God can never forget us.
