“There is absolutely no one without a past
The past teaches us how not to do things, how to do things better.
Only give it a perfunctory look or gaze saying “I see you”..

The veteran actress opines that the past lives we’ve experienced is not meant to hold us down.
She encouraged all to live their best life as God already have a good plan even before they were born.
She wrote ; ‘God holds the rein to the future and he has it all planned out right before you were born’
Kate encouraged all to be kind to themselves, and to remember vision2020 which are
