Relationship : Be expressive about the feelings in your heart

Many at times you see people depart or leave us and only then do certain people begin to regret not expressing their feelings, it’s awesome to be expressive about how we truly feel in our hearts.

Be expressive about the feelings in your heart

Years ago I had this conviction that expressing love, hate is some thing I can’t deal with.

The reason being that we dot know how they might take it.

Could be outright rejection, bitterness or worst still it could create enmity when it’s a negative feeling.

Truth is, there is a certain peace that comes with being expressive.

It saves you from worries and so many uncertainties.

You keep pondering on how they might accept what you have to say, how they will react to it and so much more.

You never can tell how lifted you will feel inside of you when, you express that bad energy you are haboring and get the  chance to sort out the indifferences.

Expressing that love you feel might not end in you losing the person, could bring you closer to them.

When we express love and it’s accepted, our eyes sparkle with excitement and their is peace inside of us.

If it’s rejected we feel bad temporary, move on and become receptive of the love we deserve.

The moment we express that hurt or bitter thoughts to the person who likely offended us, we get things resolved.

A heavy load seem to be lifted off our shoulder, we notice the worries desapiar and most likely we get explanations that will make the hate go away.

Being expressive will do more good to us than harm.

How long we are to live is something that no man is sure of.

While you still can, express the feelings in your heart to those that truly deserve it.

Love and forgive easily so your heart can be pure and your life would be prolonged.

Go out today, tell him or her how you feel in your heart.

Tell anyone that has offended you and made you feel heavy in your heart what it is they did.

It really liberating to be expressive about what we feel in our hearts.
