In the video which Gabrielle posted via IG she said ;

“Here are my three tips to build self confidence.

1. Love Yourself : If you don’t love yourself, you won’t believe in yourself.

She encourage you forgive yourself for your past mistakes.

Let yourself off the hook, know that it’s OK to move on.

Everyday is a blank page, write your own story.

2. Exercise : Don’t be afraid to move, to sweat, to work out all the stress and anxiety, let it go and once you are energized it helps you build self confidence.

3. Be fearless : Honey it’s so OK to fail, that’s how you build winners.

It builds confidence, it builds character.

It shows that there is nothing you won’t try.

Carrier fisher once said ; “Be afraid and do it anyway”. Words to live by “.
