Monday Motivation : Just don’t give up on you

It’s one thing to have challenges in life, it’s another thing to look for a way out, whatever life throws at you, don’t give up on you.

She was an amazing, smart, ambitious and kind hearted lady.

Whatever she lays her hand on seem to multiple greatly.

Everyone looked up to her for inspiration, she was considered a tigress.

Suddenly she was hit by an ailment, the vibrant hardworking woman couldn’t do much for herself.

She was left at the mercy of her ailment, all she does is talk about it, before long the tigress in her was gone.

She became a shadow of herself, though this hurts her greatly, she couldn’t do anything about it.

In her thought she felt she was already old, so what’s the essence of trying so hard to change things.

She accepted without doubt the report of her ailment and only wanted to manage it.

I look at her and all I see is a woman who gave up on herself.

She allowed a little challenge to tie her down completely, something that can be lifted with deliberate effort.

What’s the point of trying so hard to save up when that same thing you are saving can help solve a pressing problem.

Upset and filled with rage I spoke out.

It’s best you spend it all and become the you that is inspiring and fulfilled.

This you sitting down here and complaining about an ailment, you deliberately allowed to linger is heart breaking.

Where did the wiring go wrong, how dare you give up on yourself when you are just about to blossom.

Like my character above, you might be going through something right now.

You don’t know but so many prove shows there is a way out but you are adamant about provoking change.

Please I beg of you, DON’T JUST GIVE UP ON YOURSELF.

Your giving up and refusing to shine your light is holding down those who are meant to see ought from your light.

Refuse to give up on you despite all that seems to be drawing you back..

Remember you are the salt of the world, do not lose your taste.

What actions are you going to take today to ensure you do not give up on you?
