Does healing come from letting go?

I’ve always seen people say that most times healing is achieved when a person let’s go of that thing making them feel sick.

It could be a sour relationship with family, lover, colleague or even school mates.

There are certain person that usually get on our nerves and this makes of sick.

The effect of their disdain attitude might get to a point that once you sight them, you begin to feel a certain way.

Now the question is this “how do you free yourself from this emotional draining and awkward feelings?”

At times we feel trapped and unable to make a decision at points like this.

But the best thing anyone can do is to evaluate the situation.

Find out what’s truly causing the pain.

Address such issues with hope of feeling better afterwards.

If after all this and the whole issue persist.

It’s advisable to take a step back, let go to receive healing.

Forgiving the person in question makes it easier to let go, this also facilitates healing.

After healing there  can be a rebirth in that union or relationship.

Now the two parties comes in with another perspective and without any hard feelings.

A little time apart can heal the wounds caused by a strained relationship.

Letting go doesn’t really mean it’s over with the person, it’s sometimes to facilitate healing if what’s causing ruin in that relationship.

When the differences are sorted out, both can come back valuing and loving like nothing happened.

Have you ever been in a relationship and felt like you needed to let go for your own sanity??

How did you handle it?
