Music: 9ice Enlists Olamide, Reminisce For ‘Oja Majemi’
Abolore Akande, indigenous Nigerian artiste popularly known as 9ice, has come through with a new single titled ‘Oja Majemi’.
The 40-year-old ‘Gongo Aso’ crooner took to his Instagram page on Friday to announce the release of the new project, which features Olamide and Reminisce, two indigenous rap heavyweights.
The song was produced by Chris Alvin Sunday, a record producer better known as Krizbeatz, and released via the Alapomeji Ancestral Records.
‘Oja Majemi’, a Yoruba phrase which simply means “Let enjoyment not kill me”, is a single off ‘Tip Of The Iceberg, his forthcoming project, scheduled for release soon.
“I no fit lie for you. I no fit die for you. But no go near my shoko. Ooni sori bu,” Akande can be heard singing.
