BREAKING NEWS : FG lifts inter state travel ban, reopens school for only graduating students
The Federal government has lifted ban on inter state travel while also reopening schools for only graduating students.
During the daily briefing of the Presidential Task Force on COVID19, the National Co-ordinator, Dr Sani Aliyu, said the extension of the eased lockdown comes with some modifications.
Dr Sani announced that the lift on inter state travel will begin from 1st July but must be during the curfew time (10pm-4pm).
He also added that any intending traveler must wear a facemask and vehicles are allowed to carry just 50 percent capacity.
On school reopening , only graduating students ( Primary 6, JSS3 , SS3 )are to resume classes with intense revision so as to get prepared for their exams.
Other classes and tertiary institutions remain closed till further revision.
Bars ,event centers ,gyms,bars,night clubs and cinemas remains closed till further evaluation.
