Minster of Aviation announces resumption dates for domestic flights
The Minister of Aviation has announced resumption date of domestic flights in Nigeria.
Due to the corona virus pandemic, domestic and international flights were restricted and banned except few that started operation June 21.
In a statement released on Wednesday, July 1, the Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, said the Abuja and Lagos airports will resume domestic operations on July 8, while the Kano, Port Harcourt, Owerri, and Maiduguri airports would resume on the 11th if July.
He urged those intending to travel out if the country to wait a little bit longer ,as date for restart of international flights out and in of Nigeria will be announced soon.
