5 Beauty hacks for all women

In a bid to keep up with the hustle and bustle of life’s demands, we tend to ignore the burning need to give ourselves some good pampering thus becoming victims of many beauty hazards that are downright embarrassing.

These little annoyances are enough to ruin your day and undermine your beauty look.
As we we all know, problems are never exhausted but when it comes to beauty, we have to keep doing what we can in order to look good. Life isn’t stress-free, but we can prepare ourselves.

There are remedies and preventive tactics for most beauty-related issues. We will be looking at some common devastating beauty problems and plausible solutions to them.

A Popped Pimple.A bad day is waking up to a huge, ripe pimple, what’s worse is performing a surgery on the pimple and then it gets infected and swells. This scenario right here can ruin your day in an instant especially days when you have made plans to look like the goddess of beauty that you are. Do not fret,  in order to reduce the swelling and inflammation, get a paper towel, wrap an ice cube in it, place it on the pimple for five to 10 minutes. Apply an ointment to prevent it from infection, then use a concealer if the surface looks reddish.

Yellowish finger and toe nailsWearing  dark-coloured nail polish can be incredibly trendy, they give you an air of sophistication and class but wearing it consistently gives your nails this dull yellowish glow that is not so flattering.Mix a few drops of fresh lemon juice with ¼ cup of hydrogen peroxide in a plastic bowl. Soak a few cotton balls in the mixture and then use it to clean your fingernails and toenails until the stain is completely removed.

Help! I have got lipstick on my teeth. Red lipstick is the one colour every woman employs on that sexy date night. It is sexy on the lips but definitely not on the teeth. An embarrassing moment is when you try to give a sexy smile and your teeth has been smeared by lipstick, now your teeth is also red. Whew all shades of embarrassing.Once you apply your lipstick, press your lips onto a folded square of tissue to blot out the smudged parts. Form an O with your lips and dip a finger into your mouth, slowly pull it out to remove any lipstick that you may have mistakenly applied on the insides of your lips. You can add a little bit of Vaseline to prevent further stains.
Dry Peeling LipsDry lips are as a result of lack of moisture on the lips, when the lip looses its lustrous nature, it becomes chapped and starts to peel off. Peeled or chapped lips occur in most women during warm times or when the air is dry like in the harmattan period. It could also occur if a person is a constant smoker, has allergies or has a deficiency in vitamins. Licking your lips at this point will do more than good at this point because you might lick it so much till it becomes too soft and starts to bleed. Apply moisture to your lip, get a good lip balm or Vaseline and use it frequently on your lips. Refrain from peeling off the chapped lips, this can lead to an equally worse condition such as infection or bleeding. To exfoliate chapped lips, get a good lip scrub.Keep your lips supple and moist with the right beauty regimen.
My Skin gets Burnt easilySunburn is an odd sight to see especially when it gets to the point that even make up can not cover. Sunrays or harmful UV rays are dangerous for your skin, it can cause it to burn, turn red and even become blisters. Sunburn is a total beauty flaw as it could lead to an odd colour of the skin, cancer and premature aging. There are ways to avoid getting sunburnt.

Try as much as possible to avoid direct sunlight and wear sun protection constantly. Make it a habit to apply sunscreen every day whether you are going outdoors or not. A good face cream with added sun protection (30 SPF or more) is also a significant protection. The first step in alleviating this embarrassing beauty problem is to constantly find ways to shield yourself from the sun. Employ the use of protective and anti-aging creams to clear already burnt skin.
Most health and beauty challenges do not need so much to combat. They can be reduced or prevented by simply abstaining from self-destructive habits,  engaging in regular exercises, healthy dieting and prioritizing general care for the body and mind.
