Doctor slams Nigerian police over video of officer opening car door for BBN’s Ozo (Video)

A Nigerian medical doctor, simply identified as Dr. Guendouzi on Twitter has slammed the Nigerian Police force over what he regards as height of disrespect to the uniform.

The Medical practitioner also known as The Celebral Assassin shared a video of a fully armed Policeman opening the handle of the door for Big Brother Naija 2020 evicted housemate, Ozoemena “Ozo” Chukwu.

According to the Doctors tweet, the Nigerian police force is expected to do better.

He wrote: “This police officer is meant to protect 200m Nigerians but here he is escorting and opening car doors for a BBN contestant. Why does he need a police escort? Can’t he get private guards or bouncers? What sort of country is this?
So he cannot open the door by himself? Is this what the police force has become? Is the police officer a servant now? “

Adding, “More than 50% of their officers have become servants to churches, banks, ‘celebrities’, yahoo boys, politicians and all sorts leaving the public vulnerable.

Sadly that is the society we find ourselves.
We have reduced the @PoliceNG to house boys carrying arms for VIPs.
If you don’t have police escort in the South South and South East especially ,it means you’ve not arrived.
It is a status symbol.’
