#EndSARS: I’ll not run to Canada, America or London – Actor Sam Sunny

Nigerian actor, Sam Sunny has maintained that he is ready to remain in his father’s land and fight for her redemption.

The Imo State born talented Nollyowod actor said this following the plans of several Nigerians to abscond the country due to the constant insecurity issues faced.

Sam Sunny made his position known via his Instagram page where he wrote, ” I have no other place to call home, I will not run to CANADA, AMERICA, LONDON or any other foreign land to find refuge. Instead we go fly go there go add to the freshness wey don dey before then come back to motherland and take charge. I will stay back home and fix this nation with like minds and build a nation that my unborn kids would be proud of.”

He continued, “A lot of people have been asking me, so what is the next step and I say to them, the next step is heal from all of the things that have transpired in the last few weeks and days and regroup with a better strategy. I mean terrorist even do this(they go off radar for a while and then start to plan in different cells) how much more you, the youths who are fighting for a good cause. Don’t be wary, don’t be tired, don’t let the oppressors think they have won this one. Yes they may have depleted our spirits and broken our bones. But we shall rise again and this time we shall rise and fight with our PVCs. It might seem like a long time but whatever is worth doing, should be done well. I salute your courage and zeal but we live to fight another day. All hail Great Nigerian Youths!!! #endsars #endpolicebrutality #endbadgovernance.”
