‘I Feel Fantastic’, Anorld After Third Heart Surgery
Hollywood star, Arnold Schwarzenegger has shared photos of himself on the hospital bed after undergoing his third heart surgery.
The 73-year-old former governor of California, who has had a history of heart problems due to a birth defect, had gone under the knife to replace a damaged aortic valve in 1997.
The ‘Terminator’ star then had emergency heart surgery in 2018 to replace a pulmonic valve.
On Friday, Arnold took to his Twitter handle to share photos of himself at the Cleveland Clinic, in Cleveland, Ohio while telling his fans that he feels “fantastic” after undergoing the surgery.
In the new photographs, which were taken just after his third surgery, he is seen smiling and giving a thumbs up.
The politician, however, did not disclose when the surgery took place.
“Thanks to the team at the Cleveland Clinic, I have a new aortic valve to go along with my new pulmonary valve from my last surgery,” the actor wrote.
“I feel fantastic and have already been walking the streets of Cleveland enjoying your amazing statues. Thank you to every doc and nurse on my team!”
