American singer, Trey Songz has tested positive for coronavirus.

The 35-year-old father of one took to social media to share the news with his fans in a video he posted.

The singer said he takes the test periodically and unfortunately it returned positive this time.

He revealed he will be taking it seriously, would self quarantine and stay in his house till he gets a negative sign.

Songz added that his grandfather passed away early this year and while it wasn’t said that it was COVID, he believe it was covid.

Trey Songz advised his fans, ‘If you come in contact with COVID, please do the same, please do the same – don’t be like the president.’
