Marriage is not a scam – Yul Edochie
Yul Edochie, Nollywood actor and director has opined that marriage is not a scam, but a beautiful thing that requires patience, maturity, selflessness, prayers and more.
He also added that it is, however, not a do or die affair.
In a tweet on Thursday, he counselled that couples to try their best to make their marriages work. But, if it doesn’t, one should take a walk.
Here is his tweet: “Marriage is not a scam.
I’ve been married for 16yrs.
It’s a beautiful thing that requires patience, maturity, selflessness, prayers & more.
At the same time, it’s not a do or die affair.
Try your best to make yours work.
If it doesn’t, walk away.
Be alive, be happy.
Life goes on.”
