‘How to deal with envious friends’ – Actress Ameze writes

Nollywood actress cum producer, Amazing Ameze has listed the perfect ways to deal with envious friends.

The movie star made this know via a video she shared on Instagram hinting that one should actually flee when its obvious you have an envious friend around the corner.

She wrote, “You know how you can help your envious friends? Don’t! You just don’t! Actually, stay away from them. Run as far as your legs can carry you! It’s not pride it’s called SURVIVAL!
Here’s why:  They are the ones with the problem. They have the hang ups. They are the ones who cannot deal with your successes and your growth & advancements in life.”

She continued , “They accuse you of doing “big man” & being proud and not wanting to hang with them. Don’t be fooled! Don’t buy into that lie; they are the ones who don’t fit into your life anymore. They are the ones who hate their own lives and are unhappy and so can’t stand to see you happy. So, what do they do? They start to whine and complain and bad-mouth you to make you feel bad, guilty & ashamed.
Well, honey, you have nothing to be ashamed of. You made it! Your hard work paid off! Those who are in your corner will continue to celebrate your successes. Those are your real friends. As for the others…ehen… let them continue to whine. You will never win them over. They were never in your corner anyway. Let them do what they do best (complain) and you do what you do best (succeed). Just keep on moving and making it in life. “
