Singer Omah Lay officially receives his Headies next rated award, car gift
Rave of the moment, Stanley Omah Didia better known as Omah Lay has received The Headies’ next rated award and car gift.
Omah Lay won the category ahead of Tems, Oxlade and Bela Shmurda at the 14th Headies award show on the 21st of February, 2021.
The Next Rated prize is the most controversial and highly coveted prize won by the ‘upcoming’ artists who have shown the most promise in the previous year.
The car gift was this weekend presented to Omah Lay by the organizers of the award show and GAC Motors at HipTv, Ikeja.
“Next rated was a big plus for me. Shout out to The headies. My Growth so far has been something that I’m grateful for. I can’t explain it honestly, I can’t explain it. But still, I am grateful. I feel blessed, that’s basically everything. I can say. And my people, my fans, they are everything. Honestly, my fans are everything,” he gushed.
