Family announces burial date for slain Iniubong Umoren
The burial program for Iniubong Umoren, who was murdered when she went in search of a job in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, will be committed to mother earth on Friday, May 14, 2021.
According to her family, the remains of 26-year-old will be laid to rest in family compound in Nung Ita Ikot obio Enin Atai, Oruk Local Government area, in Akwa Ibom State, after a funeral service to be conducted by Faith Tabernacle Congregation, Ikot Ibritam District, Oruk Anam.
The late Umoren was was reported missing two weeks ago. According to reports, she had gone out job hunting only to be raped and killed by the man, identified as Uduak Frank Akpan in Nung Ikono Obio village, Uruan LGA, who had invited for the fake job interview.
She was a graduate of Philosophy, University of Uyo (UNIUYO).
