Celebrity barman, Cubana Chief Priest has justified why friends put up the show of wealth at the burial of the mother of businessman, Obi Cubana, which was held recently in Oba, Anambra State.

He stated that if any of their well-aged loved ones die again, they will still go and use excess doings to bury the person.

Cubana described their actions as a heavy investment that have started to yield profit as deals have started rolling in and investors have started calling, while brands are seriously begging for affiliation.

The colourful ceremony had politicians, entertainers, businessmen, and social media influencers thronged Oba to commiserate with Cubana as he sent his mother six feet below with a golden casket valued at millions of Naira.

Justifying the excessive display of wealth at the ceremony, Cubana Chief Priest noted that their actions are in line with their hospitality business, which requires ‘noise and doings’, adding that the public should not ‘drag doings’ with them.

He added that if they do not make much noise, the multinational brands bankrolling them will not get visibility.

According to him in a post on Instagram, Obi Cubana has proved to the world that he owns the African entertainment industry.

Here is his post on Instagram: “No Follow Us Dey Drag Doings, Our Business Requires Noise N Doings, If Una Like Complain Till Tomorrow If Our Well Aged Loved One Dies Again We Go Still Use Excess Doings Bury Am. It’s Good For Our Entertainment N Hospitality Businesses. If We Don’t Make This Noise N Doings How Will All These Multinational Brands Bankrolling Us Get Visibility.
