Actress, Mary Lazarus laments how difficult it is planning burial in Igbo culture
Nollywood actress, Mary Lazarus has lamented how difficulty it is planning a burial in Igbo culture.
The 32-year-old, who recently buried her mum, who passed on in July recounted on Instagram, how supposed family members, who were never part of their lives, approached them making extravagant demands, saying that is the cultural practice.
Mary concluded by saying, in her opinion, placing such high demands on mourners is so wrong, as it puts unnecessary pressure on them.
