Nollywood actress Ruth Kadiri has slammed Nigerians saying that they do not deserve help in achieving the kind of nation they all desire.

This comes in the wake of the ongoing saga on social media after a blogger called out Debola of Lagos, Tunde Ednut, Kwam1 and many others supporting the ailing National leader of the All Progressive Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari.

In a post shared on her Instagram page, Ruth Kadiri questioned how a person could fight for Nigerians who are quick to rubbish celebrities posts attacking politicians.

Ruth Kadiri said many Nigerians are more interested in reading how a celebrity marriage has crashed and actresses sleeping with a married man than the country’s issues.

According to Ruth Kadiri, when a person calls out a politician, some celebrities whom she tagged truth hating and hungry clout chasers will make a trending hashtag about the politician being called out.

How do you fight for people who don’t want to be fought for How do you defend people who will tell you to rest after two post about you fight for their cause on social media.

The only that they want to read is how a celebrity’s marriage ended and how an actress is sleeping with a married man.

Call a politician out 10 other truth hating, benefit hungry clout chasing celebrities will say #IStandwith. Nigerians don’t deserve help. Please don’t bother.
