I look forward to spending your money, Simi tells Adekunle Gold on third wedding anniversary

On Thursday, Nigerian singer, Simisola Kosoko, simply known as Simi, and her musician husband, Adekunle Gold, celebrated their third wedding anniversary.

The couple took to their respective Instagram pages to pen emotional notes to themselves as they celebrate three years of marriage.

Simi said, “Three years and you’re still the one I love oooh the one that I belong tooooo still the one I kiss goodnight. I love you, my boy. I thank you for this journey. God really working overtime with us.”

Making reference to the lyrics of her husband’s hit song, ‘High’, she wrote, “A wise man once said, “Luckily oh mo lowo ti mo fe na” (I have money to spend). I look forward to spending your money and rubbing your body forever kingofphotoshop (sic). Amen.”

Her husband took to her comment section to write, “I love you.”

Celebrating their marriage on his won page, Adekunle Gold wrote, “I thank God for the best three years of our lives. Doing this life journey with you is by far the best decision I have ever made. Thank you baby for changing my life forever. I love you, Magic.”

“What’s a heart without a beat baby?” Simi said in his comment section.

The couple got married on January 9, 2019, and has a daughter, Adejare.

Simi’s fans had on Monday surprised the singer and her husband with gifts, to make their anniversary.
