Abdulrasheed Bello better known as JJC Skillz, the Nigerian musician, TV producer and husband to screen diva, Funke Akindele, has dismissed rumours of a potential crisis in his marriage to the actress.

There are allegations that the celebrity couple have been at loggerheads.

the rumour went viral on Monday after Akindele’s stepson, Benito, threw a jab at the film star while reacting to a TikTok post.

In his comment, Benito had alleged that staying his the actress for two years was “horror”.

“She’s not what you all think she is, I lived with her for two years, it was horror.”

But in an Instagram post on Monday, JJC Skillz, who is currently in London, dismissed the rumoured crisis in his marriage.

He reiterated his love for Akindele, adding that the “devil is a liar”.

He also enjoined his wife to ignore the allegations making the rounds about their marriage.

“The only rock I know that stays steady and the only institution I know that works is the family. London is cool but I’m missing home @funkejenifaakindele my love.”

“Have loads of fun with the children. See you soon at home. Don’t let anyone spoil your vibes. #familyfirst. #Bellos4ever #chinesswhispers #devilisaliar.”

Reacting in the comment section of the post, Akindele wrote:

“Darling, thank you. We miss you too.”
