Late Gospel Singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu

The family of deceased gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, have refuted setting up a GoFundMe account for her children.

After her death in April, a GoFundMe account was purportedly created by an unknown person for the purpose of raising funds for her children.

In a statement released by a lawyer known as A.A Paul, the family asked the public to disregard the fundraiser and the GoFundMe account.

“We plead with the general public to please respect our privacy. We appreciate the public for their concern and love.”

“All her children are being taken care of and we have not collected any N32 million from anyone nor are we stranded or begging the public in any form as regard to a GoFundMe account making round. Please, everybody should be careful so that you don’t get scammed.”

“The burial arrangement is in progress and we shall inform the general public once we have made full preparation. Please remember us in your prayers as we have seen how far the devil can go, but in the name of Jesus we are victorious and the bible says the step of the righteous shines brighter and brighter unto the perfect day, that is our assurance.”

Osinachi was aged 42 before her untimely demise.

The singer who was alleged to have died from domestic assault from her husband, Peter Nwachukwu, left behind four children.
