Easy ways to discover your sensuality

Being Sensual is not the same as being sexual though inter woven in some ways.

Re

A sexual lady is the one that goes all out to entice her partner with the goal of having intercourse.

Her every action is very well calculated in making her lover desire sex since that’s her current mood.

Such actions can include some of the following: the kind of clothes she wears, perfuming her body to smell nice,  the kind of makeup she had on, her dance steps, how she speaks/laugh/flips her hair/looks or touches her man, etc.

On the other hand, a sensual woman is a solo person that does not need anyone to feel validated. She is wrapped in her own five senses like touch, taste, hearing, smell and sight as the focus is all about how she feels, and not about enticing another to feel what she’s feeling.

Many women have lost track of their sensuality and it tends to get buried under the guise of  busy daily activities.

However, the more you embrace your sensuality, the easier it will be for you to embrace your sexuality.

In a simple term, sensual means paying attention to and enjoying the things that your senses are asking you to do; it means experiencing pleasure through your senses by noticing and enjoying beautiful smells, delicious tastes, interesting sounds, and the pleasures of touch.

A number of ladies hardly embrace or pay attention to their senses because they’re too busy and stressed; but if  not properly handled, it can push your sensuality out of the door.

Here are some easy ways to discover your sensuality.

Reduce your stress level- Your body is designed to deal with stress in short bursts and to experience your senses on a regular basis. Most time, you actually end up doing the opposite. This is really not normal.

Though not easy, managing your schedule in a way that allows you on what you can control, and letting go of the ones you can’t control can rev your stress engine.

Disconnect from your devices- It almost goes without saying that phones, tablets, computers, and television are damaging our ability to notice and enjoy the things that our senses are telling us. In addition, these devices add to our stress levels. So start scheduling some time to disconnect every day.

Try to put your devices away for a period of time each day. Use that time to focus on something you can perceive through your sense of touch, taste, smell, or sight.

Slow down by engaging in stuff that allows you to experience life without struggling through it.

Go out of your safe place and look for ways to indulge your senses. Out with your bucket list, write down ten inducing things you really want to do and indulge in one on a daily basis.

Do that which makes you feel alive- Find and embrace your sensual being, do something you love that makes you feel vibrant and be sure to make room for it in your life. Keep at it, even, if only for few minutes a day. Be in tune with your senses and let go of things that overshadow them. You will be amazed at the feelings you will awaken within a very short period of time.
