Abuja-based musician, Chop Boii allegedly killed by unknown gunmen
Chop Boii, an Abuja-based musician, was murdered on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, along with three of his friends in Abuja’s Gwarimpa neighbourhood.
The fingers of the musician and his friends were also severed after their murder.
The late Chop Boii was at the wrong place at the wrong time”, a friend of the late musician was quoted on Twitter.
The attack was allegedly carried out by unidentified gunmen, who then proceeded to scribble on the wall with their blood.
When the gunmen attacked, the late Chop Boii was said to be working on new music with his music producer, another friend, and his producer’s girlfriend at the producer’s home in Gwarimpa, Abuja.
One source disclosed that:
The unknown gunmen’s targets were the producer and his girlfriend, but unfortunately for them, Chop Boi and his friend were also there, and they butchered them all, even writing on the wall with their blood after cutting their fingers off.
